Haneda- airport (Tokyo International Airport) is recommended as a better airport for flights from abroad than Narita- airport because of a short access to the conference venue.
You can easily go to any place in Tokyo by trains (Tokyo Monorail and Keikyu line), city-buses, limousine buses and taxies from the airport.

Accommodation

Please book appropriate accommodations yourself.
As you know, many internet booking services are available. Booking using the web is the best way to find a suitable accommodation in Tokyo.

Tokyo offers approximately 100,000 guest rooms ranging from deluxe to quality budget accommodations as of 2019. After Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games 2020, much more guest rooms will be surely available. The conference venue is located at a place facing Tokyo Bay exactly in the center of Tokyo. There are so many accommodations from which you can access easily the venue during the conference. Public transportation, such as train network, taxies and buses, is organized very well.


Note:
The conference venue (Plaza Heisei Meeting Facilities of Tokyo International Exchange Center) has no accommodation facility.
